jpeg image printing inverted on user's computer

edited August 2011 in General
We have a simple report that includes an Image. It's a signature. It's is
a bmp image that was saved as monochrome and then saved again as a JPG.
On our computers, the image (signature) prints fine. On a users computer
is reverses the black & white so we get a black box with the signature in
white.
On their computer, if we print to a PDF it prints correctly, but if we print
to the printer, the image gets inverted.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Paul,

What printer/printer driver is your user using to print this report?
Perhaps, I can install the same driver and try to recreate the issue here.

I'll have our support personnel get information on it.
I think it was a Lexmark printer. Not sure on the model.

Also, we are developing in Delphi 2010 & RB 12.02 but have not deployed the
apps yet, so we cant test with the new apps.
