Printer Orientation Issue

edited December 2011 in General
We recently updated from RB7 to RB14 (for Delphi 7)

The reports used to print correctly when orientation was changed but now
they are printing with a portrait width on a landscape page. (see image)

IS there a reason why this would start to happen after the update? it
does not happen on all workstations/printers just some of them.

Thanks.

    Hi Chirs,

We have not seen this behavior before. Are you able to recreate this
with a simple application or does it only happen with your existing
program? Are you changing the orientation in code or at design-time?
Are you loading templates or archives?

Which specific printers cause the problem? Are you using the latest
    printer driver for these printers?

If you are able to recreate this with a simple example, please send it
in .zip format to support@digital-metaphors.com along with the name of
the printer (driver) you are using so we can test here.

    Best Regards,

Since it only happens on some workstations, I would try updating the printer
    driver on those workstations.
