RichText and Print to PDF

I am using delphi 2010 with 11.08 enterprise edition of the report writer.

If i print a report to the preview, then send it to pdf with the print
to file pdf that comes with your software (not extradevices). And if I
have a richtext on the preview window with the mailmerge on, I get an
access violation when going to pdf. As soon as I remove the richtext it
works.

Any idea how to fix?

    Hi Jeff,

    This was not a known issue with RB 11.08 however I did see some RichText
    related fixes for RB 12.x and 14. You can try downloading a trial
    edition of ReportBuilder 14.01 and see if that fixes the problem. If
    not, please send a small example to support@digital-metaphors.com an
    I'll take a look at it for you.
