NoDataBehaviors not being applied in ver 14.02

I have just upgraded to ver 14.02 and now when a report that has no data is
previewed on the screen it shows a grey screen. I have the ndBlankReport
option to TRUE. Changing the NoDataBehaviours options appears to have no
effect on reports now. If I set SinglePageOnly to TRUE then it works
correctly, however I do not wish to do this as I want to make use of the
continuous page display.

I am using Delphi XE2 on Windows 7 32 bit.

This is a known issue and will be fixed for the next release of
ReportBuilder (14.03).
