NewGraphics defined?

I see a lot of code in the 14.03 version (an earlier maybe too) that seems
dependent on a NEWGRAPHICS compiler define
But i dont see any place where this variable is defined or described.


As this variable will make TppPrinterDevice derive from TppGraphicsDevice
in stead of TppDevice I would very much like to use this variable.
Can i just define it and recompile?
