Editable text fields in report previwe
Hello,
in our hospital we have to print many forms with patient name and adress and
textfields with data that the doctor writes at the moment and has not to be
must not be stored to our database.
At present we open a form, store the information in a temporary table and
then print the report.
Would it be possible to create reports where content of fields can be edited
in the report preview** ? This way we could work without the additional
forms and even no programmers could create records with editable data.

Form fields in the preview is currently not a supported feature of
ReportBuilder. You could possibly make each editable text object
clickable which would then bring up a dialog to edit it an re-generate
the report. See the following article on refreshing a report on click.
Thanks for the feedback, we will consider researching a feature like
this for a later release.
