How to obtain space between two TppMemo

Hi,

my Report is based on some vertical TppMemo that are bounded by
ShiftRelativeTo.
To have space between them, I add some CRLF on the end of the text.
Is there a more elegant way.

Put a Region between the two memos and adjust the ShiftRelativeTo(s)
accordingly

For the top Memo specify the BottomOffSet

From the RBuilder help...

Use the BottomOffset property to define the vertical space that should
appear after the component has printed. The BottomOffset is expressed in
report units.

Notes
The BottomOffset acts as a margin between the stretching component and the
components that are shifting or stretching in relation to it.
