Bug in 2DBarcode: bcPDF417, Letter "ü"

Hi,

There seems to be a problem with the 2DBarcode component when the
BarcodeType is set to "bcPDF417" and the Data property string contains
the character "ü".
(I hope it is displayed correctly; if not: u with two dots, ü in html)

Some data strings containing the character "ü" result in an error
message "Invalid codeword" or in an ERangeError exception.

Müller => OK
Mü => error
P. Müller => OK
H.P. Müller => error

Other umlauts and the captial letter "Ü" seem to work.

There is now a patch available for RB 14.08 that solves this issue.
