Thanks to this questionable change to the VCL:

...should the ModalResult of btnIgnoreAll in ppTmEDlg.dfm be changed in
XE2 Update 3 and above?

You are correct, thank you for pointing this out.

I will fix this for the next release of ReportBuilder. It is also
available as a patch for RB 14.08. Send an email to support@ to receive
the patch.
