Available Printers

Using XE2 RB15.0 Build 201

I have a customer reporting that they do not see all of their printers in
the RB Printer Dialog. However, they do see them listed in a form we have
that fills a TComboBox with the printers.
(cboPrinters.Items:=Printer.Printers;) They also see all of their printers
when they run a version of my software compiled with Delphi 6 and RB11.06.

Any suggestions?

    We have not heard of this behavior before.

    Are you able to recreate this issue on your machine? If so, please
    create a simple example demonstrating the problem and send it to
    support@digital-metaphors.com in .zip format.

    Also, you might try calling ppPrinters.Refresh to force a refresh of the
    available printers before printing.
