Alignment and zooming issues in RB 15.01

edited October 2013 in General
Hi,

Has anybody experienced alignment problems with RB 15.01 especially
after using zoom? I made a report that simulates table with headers,
groups, details and laso has vertical and horizontal lines. When
aligning lines (align left or right) between line in 2 different groups
and detail band, the position is not correct. For example, on first
group line is at position 130 mm, on second at 130,35mm, on third at
130 mm or even between.

Even worse is align horizontal line aligned to vertical line (left
side) even on same band.

The next quite visible effect is when zooming. Let's say, I have a
(DB)text on some position, then zoom whole report and click on the same
(DB)text control moves it slightly down and right.

There are also some other new "features" after using zoom like moving
components up (first resize the band, then move region/subreport up)
but okay, sometimes I have to do reposition few times and its okay.

Seems these issues require "polishing" the code but zoom is very very
much appreciated!

    Goran,

Please create a simple example for each issue and include exact steps to
recreate. Use standard Delphi components and RB, send in zip format to
support@ and I will research them. Also specify Delphi version and which
settings you are using the Designer menu View | Grid Options dialog - for
example do you have snap to grid checked or unchecked, what is the grid size
    x and y.

I tried testing what you described but I'm not clear on my understanding. I
do not notice any issue. The simplest one to understand is the DBText, but
when I select a DBText with the mouse it does not move.
