Does 13, 14, or 15 have this feature yet?

ReportBuilder uses a wrapper around the Delphi TRichEdit component.

Please see the following article on how richtext works in ReportBuilder.
If you would like advanced richtext features such as image embedding,
you will need to use a third party richtext component.

Why not just make TRichEdit better and eliminating the third party tools?

Is there a super secret under the table agreement made between you and
the third party tools?
