Error running report (EOutOfResources)
Hello!
One of our clients has an issue when running a report and getting an error.
We've tried to reproduce it here with the same database and program, and on
several machines, but it works fine for us.
The report takes about 10 minutes to process (for us), has 1460 pages, and
takes up about 320Mb of RAM (for us). On their system it takes up a huge
amount of RAM (close to 2Gb) and eventually crashes with "EOutOfResources -
Not enough storage is available to process this command." before the report
creation finishes. Their server is rather powerful with 60Gb free hard
drive space and 32Gb of RAM.
We were wondering if you had any ideas about how we could go about solving
this, perhaps you've there have been others who have run into this issue?
I should be hoping onto their server today to see if I can spot anything and
will mention it here if I think it might help you guys help me. If there is
any more information you'd like from me then let me know.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Farran

Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using?
Does this occur when printing to the printer, exporting to a file,
viewing on screen or all of the above?

Thanks for replying but it turns out it all works as it should... there was
an issue with some data being copied over which meant it was different when
we looked at it and once we found the data was different it was simple to
fix.
Long live Report Builder!
