query designer question

In XE7, I have RB15 installed, and in the Report Designer, Data Tab, I
select File, New, and the dialog opens with no icons available. No
Query Designer. How can I remedy this?

Hi Bill,

When the New dialog is empty in DADE, it either indicates that your Data
Settings are not set or incorrect, or that RB is unable to connect to
your database.

Check your Data Settings (File | Data Settings...) to be sure they are
properly set for your database.
