I need to buy a report tool that allows end user to design labels from db.
I tested the reportbuilder. There is a list of predefined labels.

I wonder that, is it possible to design non-standart custom sized labels
with reportbuilder?

Yes, you can create a layout in RB that can print to any label that you
have. The label templates in the label tempalte wizard are the ones that we
have tested and made available for your convenience. You can set the
columns property on the report to get multiple columns. Then resize height
of the detail band to be the size of your label. Adjust the margins of the
report printer setup to account for the area around the labels on sides of
the entire label sheet.
