How to hide Data tab in Designer

edited October 2002 in End User
Is it possible if I add daIDE unit the uses but I do not want to show the
Data tab? I have good reasons of doing so.

TIA

Why do you need daIDE in the uses clause? You do't have to add daIDE to your
uses clause in order to support your report templates that are using DADE
dataviews for data access. You can add the DADE plugin units to your uses
clause to enable the support for the query dataviews that are saved in the
report, so that when you load the report, it will know what a
    TdaMyFavoriteDatabaseHereQueryDataview is.
