Report Builder Learning Edition/ Learn ReportBuilder
Hi
I am having problems with learning edition of RB. We recently implemented RB
on our client side and most of the employees there wanted something to play
around with, so we gave then the learning edition which we got off the site.
Installation took place on one machine and went off fine, it is when the
user launched the exe that an error occurs. "List Index out of bounds(-1)"
and closes the app. I am in a bit of situation here, the existing reports
have already been converted to RB but this is of no use to the users since
they don't know how to use RB.
Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Can you repeat this behavior on any other machine? It works fine in our
tests here on our machines. Can you provide more information about the
problematic machine? What version of windows, default printer, machine
hardware specs such as clock speed, RAM and hard disk space available.
You've emailed support@digital-metaphors.com also. Please use one service
or the other. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response.Sorry about the mix up with email I sent and
the post to the group. After reading your reply I contacted our client and
asked if they could change the default printer to another and update that
driver. The exe then ran successfully. Thank you so much, I appreciate all
the help.
Thanks
