Web Reporting Interface

I created a web reporting interface that loads a list of available rtm files
at runtime, gives the user the list of available Ask-at-Runtime parameters,
and streams the report in pdf format. The Ask-at-Runtime parameters are
completely dynamic. If they are setup in the report designer in the query,
input boxes will be dynamically created at runtime in the web interface.
Praagnan Export Devices component is used for the output. Any device output
supported by Praagnan components can be used. The system runs with cgi
scripts right now, but I'll end up using ISAPIs for production.
