Is there any other component set available for making charts than TeeChart?
This has quite a few bugs.

Teechart is the only charting tool that we provide packages to support
inside of RB. If you find any other charting tool, you should be able to
create a wrapper package in order to use that charting component inside of
RB's designer. This is what we have to do in order to get Teechart to work
in RB.

Another option to creating a component is that you can generate an alternate
charting tool's output from a Delphi form into an image. Then load that
chart image into a TppImage in the report layout.

Surf Torry's delphi pages for alternate charting components and also
google.com. There is also a Borland Charting\Reporting newsgroup you could
ask there as well.
