Database Name in RB_Item

Hi,
I'm changing my end-user application and all old reports stored in the
rb_item table use database=iboMedical. The new application uses a database
named IBConnection. I would like to change all occurrences of iboMedical to
IBConnection. I know I can do this by using the save to file, changing the
database name and then using load from file in the end-user application. Is
there anyway to make all the changes at once?
