Hard-coded icons

Delphi 7, RB version 7.03:

I have found two forms in the default forms for the end user framework
that have the 'R' icon hard-coded in them:

daQueryDesigner.dfm
daPreviewDataDlg.dfm

Is there any way to overrise these icons without changing the source
code?
