Bare bones
In the designer I would like to
1) Get rid of the file menu and replace it with my own.
2) Get rid of the menu option which allows the user to choose a datasource,
I set this via code.
3) Have the data tree appear along with the designer form so that the user
doesn't have to find it.
I *think* these are my final obstacles.
Thanks

1. To customize the report designer menu, use the TppDesigner.Menu property
to access the main menu and its subitems.
2. Simplest way to provide a default configuration for the report designer,
is to configure it as an end-user and then close it down. The configuration
is saved to RBuilder.ini, thus you can distribute the RBuilder.ini file.
