error running report

hi there,

i fixed last error, but now probably this is something that with webtier.dll
knowledge can be solved. This is the error message:

Server Error: Processing request for report Volume\500308
Data Error: Not logged on

is that my user and password in the report server ini file?

    The WebTier includes support for rbWebTier.ini, however the Server does
    support an .ini file.

    My guess is that there is an issue with the database connection component.
