Problem with Query Designer

edited August 2005 in End User
Hi,

I having some trouble with Query Designer and I would like to know If it
happen with someone else too.
Many times, after designing a report, using the "Data" sheet, the report
doesn't print anything, even if all table links are correct and there
are data to print. In the "Data" sheet if I click the first button of
one table (in my installation it is in Portuguese, but I believe it is
"View" - in English), RBuilder shows the correct data, but when I click
in the Preview or print, it doen't show anything.
After some tests, I realize that if I export the sql design to a file
(File > Export to file), and restore it to a new report, it just works fine.
This thing is too much annoying, mainly if I have to modify a existent
report.
I'm using rb 9.01.
I would like to know if there is someone who have the some problem too
and in this case, if you found a way to fix it.

Thanks!!

    Hi Gilvan,

There were a few changes made to the TdaSQL object since RB 9.01. I would
recommend first upgrading to RB 9.02 and see if the problem still occurs.
If after you upgrade you are still experiencing the same behavior, reply
back with the following information and we'll work through it step by step.

    1. The Database/Connectivity you are using.
    2. The features of ReportBuilder you are using in your app (i.e.
    TppDesigner, TppExplorer, DataDictionary, etc.).
    3. The version of Delphi you are using.
