New Blog Posts: Merging Reports - Part 1 and Part 2

Page is turned

edited October 2012 in End User
Hi,

One of my customers has a problem with printing invoices.
In my application a original and a copy is printed.
The original is turned up-side-down while the copy is correctly printed.
In the preview it all looks fine.

In all other Windows programs the printing works as aspected.

Any idea what may cause this?

    Hi Stef,

We have never encountered this type of behavior before in ReportBuilder.
Does this occur for every page of every report printed? Does this
occur with a minimal report? Does this happen with every printer you
    (or your customers) try?

    Hello Nico,

No, this only happens for one customer on one printer.
The invoice has one page, so in total two pages are printed (of which one
    is turned around).
As you had never encountered this behaviour before, I will get back to the
customer and see if there is something wrong with the printerdrivers (maybe
    re-install them).

    Thanks for the quick answer.

    Hi Stef,

Thanks, let me know if you find a solution. It could be possible that
the printer has special settings to duplex or print a booklet perhaps.
