Can anyone tell me what direction to take in order to print richedit in a
text file?

I am currently using the TppReportTextFileDevice to print memos, but it
doesn't seem to support richedits.

The device doesn't support rich text.

The device architecture is extendable. You can register a replacement report
text file device to add this capability. Here is an example of replacing the
regular text file device to get a desired behavior.
