ExtraDevices - RTF - MailMerge

I have a mailmerge report that I'm saving into
RTF. When I open the saved file in MSWord
the texts are embedded in a text box. Now,
that is acceptable for us. However sometimes
they are embedded as an image and we can't
edit the texts anymore. Any clues as to what's
causing this? Attached is the 2 output files that
I'm referring to.

The RichTextAsImage property controls this behavior. Set it to false and the RichText
will be exported as text.
