Print faster
Hi,
Thanks for the help in the last post but now I have another problem.
This report that I'm designing has 16 images of at most 64K, 16
DBBarcode and some labels I'm using an HP LaserJet 2300 Series PS to
print this report but when I send 2 or more pages to print I seems like
RB is sending only one at a time making the process very slow and the
reason that I'm using this printer is because of its speed.
Is there anything that could help me?
Thanks in advance people

The speed of ReportBuilder in generating pages is not limited to the
printer. ReportBuilder creates a windows print job and generates pages to
the windows print queue. Thus a 100 page or 1000 page report can be
generated quickly and then the Windows print manager can send the pages to
the printer.
I do not know what issue you are encountering. If you would like to create a
simple minimal example that we can run here, please use standard Delphi
components, ReportBuilder, and the DBDemo data. Send in zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com and we can check it out here.

I just sent you a personal email about this. Anyone else who might see this
who is using a HP 2300 printer, I'd like to hear from. We are having a VERY
strange problem with the printer that I'd like to know if anyone else has
experienced. HP has been totally unresponsive to any request for help.
