TppPDFDevice doesn't work? (RB9)

edited November 2004 in Devices
Hello,
I have problem with creating PDFs in RB9 Ent.
Any valid report printed using PDF Device (by code or using Print To File)
generates empty PDF document. It contains correct number of pages, but eych
of them have dimension 0x0" (see attached file).
Can you help me?

    Hi Igor,

Please send a copy of the template you are trying to export to PDF in .zip
format to (nico AT digital-metaphors DOT com).

Hello, here is a sample that uses "biolife" table (just create an empty
application, insert TppReport and open report template from file).
Printing is OK, PDF created by TExtraDevices is ok, but PDF created by new
    PDF export feature doesn't work.
Thanks for any help, Igor Gottwald

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem with RB9 Enterprise (Delphi 7).
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Igor,

For future reference, please send all attachments via email rather than post
them to this newsgroup. I was able to export your example successfully to
PDF. Will you give me your exact machine and OS specifications as well as
which version of RB/Delphi you are using. Are you exporting at run time or
designe time? Will you also send me a copy of the PDF file generated with
    the .rtm you posted? Thanks,
