Margins in PDF
Hi,
I am using Reportbuilder to generate pdf's. In the report I've specified
a different margin but this one isn't applied when printing the pdf
to the printer (using acrobat reader).
I know there's the switch Shrink-To-Fit which I can turn off, but I
don't want to have to tell this all my customers using the software.
Can you suggest me a solution of how to embed this information into the pdf?
thanks for your help,
Matthias

Margin information is not passed to the PDF file by the ReportBuilder PDF
device, however each object that is generated is transferred to the PDF file
using its exact measurement on the page, so any margins defined in
ReportBuilder should be honored. This has been rigorously tested on
numerous printers. I'm a bit unclear about what is happening. Are certain
objects appearing in a different position when generated to PDF?
