Pragnaan Support (Excel exporting)

Hi All,
I have tried in vein to get Pragnaan to help with exporting to excel but
have not heard from them after 10 or so emails... Are they still in
business?

The Issue
When opening reports exported to excel I always get the error "File Error :
data may have been lost". After close inspection it is true that some rows
are not exporting. I have tried fiddling with the property
PositionalGridDimensions but still the some rows do not export.

all help appeciated.

    I had the same issue a while back and recieved no help from either side of
    the fence. I ended up going with TExtraDevices. I was out the $ for the
    Pragnaan components.
