DrawCommand absolute positioning
Hi,
According to this text in the wiki all draw commands positions are stored in
microns (thousandths of a mm):
http://www.digital-metaphors.com:8080/Output/Printer/Exact_Object_Positioning
Now, i noticed when you work in the report designer you can change the unit
of measurement on the report, the options being:
Screen pixels
Inches
Millimeters
Printer Pixels
MM THousandths
I want to know does the export device still work out it's positioning in
terms of microns regardless of whichever unit of measurement you select on
the report?
The way i see it is that these selections are there for the ease of the user
and the Report Builder export device will still store it's values in microns
is this correct? Or if i select inches will my draw commands positioning be
in inches?
Anton

DrawCommand position and size values are always in microns.
