with RB 12?

best regards
Christian

    Hi Christian,

Memos are supported for the Report Emulation Textfile and TextFile devices.
RichTexts however are not. One option is to create a memo that takes the
place of the RichText component when it is exported and assign its value to
the text value of the RichText (TppRichText.RichText).

    Hi Nico,

    yes it is an idea...
but perhaps also an idea for the text update to support plain ascii from rtf
    :-)
Problem is, that we have only end-users and they use the end-user
designer... For us its easy to make an overlay, setting rtf invisible and
making scripts to assign the data for our standard reports. But when I think
on our end-users ... we will dive into a supporting issue...

so next service release perhaps have something like that :-)
    Best regards...

    best regards
    Chris

Thanks for the feedback Chris. I will add this as a possible enhancement
    for a later release.
