Problem printing reports using custom paper size.

edited August 2011 in Devices
I have a problem printing reports using custom paper size.

Then printing to 3 diferent printers
Configure custom paper Height (547 to 1055 Screen pixels) width (816
Screen pixels):
The report moves to the rigth(about 0.50 cm to 1.00 cm) and truncs the
rigth side of the report.
Configure custom paper Height (546 or lower Screen pixels) width (816
Screen pixels):
The report works great.
Configure paper Letter (Height 1056) width (816 Screen pixels):
The report works great.
When output is Screen, The report works great.

Notes:
* I have the most recent drivers of the 3 printers:
- HP DeskJet 840C
- HP LaserJet 1015 PCL 5e
- Xerox Phaser 6130N PS
* Report Builder Enterprise Edition 10.08,
* Delphi 2007 for Win32 Version 11.0.2902.10471
* Windows Vista, Windows 7.

    Hi Jairzinhio,

Try upgrading your version of ReportBuilder to 10.09 and see if that
helps. If not, perhaps try downloading a trial copy of the latest
version of ReportBuilder (12.05) and test with that.

    Contact info@digital-metaphors.com for upgrade instructions.

I install rb 12.05 and i have the same problem

Is really easy to reproduce the error,

I made an empty report only with a square shape in the detail band.
    Margings of the report
    24
    24
    24
    24
    No Header
    No Fotter
    Detail band
(when paper height size 547 detal band height 499)
(when paper heigth size 546 detal band height 498)
Square Shape in the detail band
    (parent width)
    (parent height)

Paper height size 547 screen pixels, the report moves to the rigth.
    (0.5cm -1 cm)
Paper height size 546 screen pixels, the report works great.
Paper letter, the report works great.

    Thanks.

I'm sorry but I'm unable to recreate this here on my machine. Using
your dimensions, the report is printed in the correct position (on
letter paper). Using an HP Inkjet, XPS driver, and PDF drivers.

You might try adjusting your margins and detail height to see if that
has any effect on the output.
