Screen refresh error in 2-page-continuous mode

Hi NG,

I am testing with the new features in 14.03 and like the 2-page view a lot.
Playing around with it I just realized that switching Viewer.ZoomSetting
from zsWholePage to zsPageWidth does redraw the 2 half pages being
visible on top (next to each other) but not the 2 underneath. Scrolling
a bit up or down refreshes the screen and everything is oK again.
Please let me know if you are unable to reproduce this and I will send
screenshots etc.
If you have a fix for it please mail it to me, then I can continue
testing and inform you about the solution.

I am unable to recreate this issue with a simple example on my machine.
If possible please send me an example with steps to reproduce to
support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
