PDF editable fields export / save to csv file or similar
Is it possible from the new version of 16.01 professional RB to
1. generate the pdf with editable fields
2. AND then send the edited "DATA" to a file eg CSV
3. So that the CSV file can then be used as the capture data
and then sent to the database.
E.g a simple way to cature pdf data and put it into a database.
I think that something like this should be part of RB
as an important function.
Please let me know if its currently possible as I am
considering to move from version 15 to 16 and that would be a great
incentive.

This is not currently a feature of the built-in PDF device included with
ReportBuilder. I believe a feature like this would need to be supported
by the PDF format, we will research it.
We have received a few requests from other customers to allow data
submission from the exported PDF file. Perhaps this is the PDF feature
you would like. It is on our todo list to research this and possibly
add it for a later release of ReportBuilder.
Thanks for your feedback.
