Manual SQL and Pipeline Linking

Hi,

When I create a pipeline and manually override the SQL, I am no longer able
to link the pipeline to other pipelines. I do not understand why this
feature is disabled for pipelines with manual SQL. I really need this
feature to be available. Can you please tell me why this feature is not
available (as I'm assuming there is a reason). And could you please tell me
how to modify the source code to make this feature available. The project I
am working on that requires this is using RB 6 enterprise but I would also
like to make the modifications in RB 7 enterprise as well.

I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I am using DBISAM tables if that makes a difference.

Hi Scott,

This is simply a limitation of the Data workspace. If you would like to
edit the SQL and then link, you must to it in code. Follow the link below
for a good example of this.
