constants in v6 versus v10

I have a DADE application written in version 6 and am rewritting for version
10. There are several constants that no longer seem to be defined. I have
gotten there values from the old app but wonder if there is a reason they
are no longer there, (like if the folder ids are no longer constant)?

itReport = 1;
itAllFolders = -1;
itRecycleBin = -2;

These constants have been moved to the ppRptExpCommon.pas file.
