I need to recompile my RB7.03 from Delphi7 to Delphi2006, but I need the "RAP" dcu's of RB7.03 already compiled for Delphi2006, since RAP sources is not available.
Please update to RB 10. RB 10 includes support for Delphi 2006, Delphi 2005, Delphi 7, and Delphi 6. RB 10 includes many new features and hundreds of internal improvements and fixes since RB 7. One of these features is Delphi 2006 support. RB 10 is being actively supported - including timely patches and maintenance releases.
RB 7.x is no longer being updated or supported.
Thanks for supporting RB!

Well, updating my RB7 to RB10 is not free, and we don't actually need to update (or support). We already have a RB licence. Just saying "update to RB10" is not a good solution at all. All the components we have here were bought with sources to avoid any dependence and we didn't know that RB (melhor colocar o nome da empresa) wouldn't release ALL the sources even if we bought it with them. With such a situation, we unfortunatelly will have to study a way to move away from your components. In any other set of components (which include the complete Developer's Express Suite, the complete TMS package, among others) we have this kind of situation of complete version with sources that were not with ALL sources.

I agree. I have an RB10 license, but I have a project that I cannot update yet because it is in Delphi 5 & it uses RBAddOn components. We should at least have an easy way to get dcu's compiled for the compiler we use. Can't digital metaphors have a permanent download page for registered users which has all the dcu's for those units we don't have source code for, arranged by different compiler versions? It seems like that would be easy enough to do and satisfy many of the problems that come up by not allowing us access to the source code.

That was a good idea, but without any aswer from Digital-Metaphors, I guess
that's it.
Thank you.
