After updating to RB 22.04 from 22.03 TRichview objects are not scaling then saved to PDF

After upgrading to RB 22.04 and reinstalling the same version of TRichview (21.04) that was used with RB 22.02 and 22.03 everything looks fine in preview mode and prints correctly if printed directly to a printer or printed to PDF via Adobe or Microsoft PDF Printer. But if you use the Save to File (Export) to PDF options of RB the TRichview parts of the documents are really small and not scaled correctly. This happens in Delphi 11u3 and also in Delphi 12.1p1, I have not back-ported to RB 22.03 on Delphi 12 yet but will try that tomorrow.

I can confirm downgrading RB 22.04 to 22.03 on Delphi 12.1p1 fixes the problem with TRichview version 22.3.1.
