Errror starting Delphi 10.4.2 after install 20.04 build 302 with rbrest2027.bpl

After Install, I get error loading rbrest2027.bpl.
we are register user for report builder enterprise.

A new build of ReportBuilder 20.04 for Delphi 10.4.2 was released February 2nd that addresses this issue.

Emails were sent to all registered users with an active software subscription with download information.
