about rbitem and rbfolder tables

Hi, I'm using reportbuilder (4.22) in my applications, i give my customers
the end-user facility to modify reports, etc...
I have found in many of the data folders a pair of tables, rbItem and
rbFolder.
What are these tables and why appear with my application tables?
How can i make these tables to dissapear or simply don't create themselves?

Those tables are what RB uses to store the reports in. Using the
report-explorer does this.

why then ReportBuilder creates these tables? How can i
avoid the creation?

Use the data dictionary to define the tables that the end user should see in
DADE.
