Invalid Variant Type Conversion

When i save a working Report to a file and i load it again i get an

Invalid Variant Type Conversion...

At this moment i have a lot of problems, when i have a working exe with
reports and i compile the project again i can't view or edit any of the
reports.

I use Interbase 6.0.1.0 rb 5.56 Delphi 5.01

Do you have RAP code? Are you using DADE? What configuration are the
dataviews in- master-detail-detail? Does search criteria exist?

What are the minimum required steps needed to reproduce this behavior?
