6.01 Install and RLink32 error

I installed 6.01 pro from 5.53 pro and when I attempted to build my app, I
received a "Error RLINK32 Cannot open myEndUserfrm" (yet I can indeed open
the form). I researched this error and no one seems to have an answer as to
why it happens, just that is appears to happen to a lot of developers.

Just to test, I dropped a ppReport component on a blank form and the same
thing happened only the error pointed to the form I dropped the component
on. Then I opened a RB Demo project and did a build - no problem and no
error.

After uninstalling and reinstalling RB, I did get the same error, but I
noticed if after I do a build (using D4 BTW), I just compile , the
error does not surface and I am able to run the app.

Anyone else come across this annoyance?

Have not heard of this before. I have RB installed into D4 on my machine
here and all works fine.

I searched my hard driver for RLink32 - looks like this the Delphi
linker (I notice rlink32.dll for each version of Delphi I have
installed)
