Citrix and RB6.01 errors

We have upgraded from RB 5.56 to RB 6.01 and since then all of the reports
(there are more than 50 reports) which have lable or edit with wordwrap
option checked do not work.

We have done the following with no success (and can not go back to RB 5.56
any more since they are converted to 6.01):
1. Made sure user have default printer
2. Recieved patch from DM and incorporated it.

Has anybody else been able to find a workaround for this problem?

You should always back up the old reports just to be on the safe side. I
have reports created in 5.56 with word wrapping labels/text that open up
perfectly in 6.01. Does the wrapping not work? What exactly is the problem?
Can you change the reports to get them to work, perhaps recheck the wordwrap
property and resize the height of the labels/dbText? What if you create a
new report and run it- is the problem in the new report as well? Perhaps it
is a corrupt installation. See the Tech-Tips news group in the installation

Hi Jim,
It is a problem with accessing Citrix from Windows 98 PC. If user connects
via Windows NT or 2000, then there is no error. The specific error can be
repeated very easily on any report (old or new). The simplest way to check
is download your "Learn ReportBuilder" tutorial and install it in Citrix
server and connect to it via Win98. If you change the layout (Lable or
DBText) of any report to Wordwrap, then error "Canvas does not allow
drawing" occurs.

Please also note that it occurs only in Citrix not "Microsoft Terminal
Server". and if we take away word wrap, then report works fine as well.
