Newbie questions
This question is really several questions.
1. Where one has master/detail ClientDataSets on a data module, must one
unwire the M/D relationship and rewire via the dbPipeline properties? Does
it matter where the M/D relationship is established, i.e. in a MIDAS
configuration can the M/D relationship be server side?
2. Having created a report and sending it to the printer I get a strange
phenomenom in that some veritcal lines print in black and some print in red
(I am printing to an HP 4500 Color Laser Printer). When I print to an
HP1100 injet printer they are all black and in the designer they are all
black. Also the weight of the lines appears to vary with the vertical lines
being heavier in the subreport section (all were set the same at design
time).
3. Once you create a dataview in the data section, how do you delete it
if you decide you don't want it?
4. If you create a dataview in the data tab how do you set a pipeline
component to reference it?
5. When do you use the M/D tie in on the pipeline property?

Nope.
You may find an issue with speed here, as the report engine may traverse the
data backwards as well as forward. Test it, and if you have an issue, post.

DM will have to respond to this, but usually the first questoin is "do you
have the latest printer driver for that printer?"
The name of the aataview is the name of the pipeline.
