problem with exact positioning

ReportBuilder has a problem with exact positioning of components.
I'm using TppReport.Units = utMillimeters.

For example:
place a TppLabel with AutoSize = True to Top = 2 and Left = 2. After closing
and reopening the report ReportBuilder repositions the TppLabel to Top =
1.905 and Left = 1.905.

I just created a report in D6 and RB 6.01. Dropped a label with autosize =
true. report untis are in millimeters. Top left set to (2,2). Saved it as
a template and opened it up and the top left was still (2,2). So then I
saved the project, closed it and opened it back up- the top left was still
(2,2). I even tried setting the label to be right justified, still no
problem. Can you send an example report template (rtm) that does this to
support@digital-metaphors.com, maybe I'm missing a setting?
