Inheriting with Failures

If I work with ReportBuilder (Version 6.02, Delphi 6 but also had the same
with older versions) all went good. But when I inherit from a Form with a
TReport I often get a General Application Failure while trying to save the
inherited form. Is this usual?

You may want to take a look at that.
