RB 6.02: Preview Form ZoomSetting not recognized

The ReportBuilder 6.02 Preview Form zoom buttons get not initialized
correctly. They don't reflect the initial ZoomSetting via
OnPreviewFormCreate. (This worked with RB 5.56)

Thanks for getting it to me, BTW. I was finally able to get it to compile
correctly.
