You can either change the properties of components in the report, or create two sets of components in the report. With two components, you can toggle their visible property to only show one or the other. You can place many components in a region and set the region's visible property. Another option is to use multiple subreports and set the visiblity of them as well.
The composite report, like in quick reports, can be accomplished using ReportBuilder's subreport component. The subreport has a print behavior property which should be set to Section style. This will cause each subreport to begin printing on a new page and have page headers and page footers. There are some demos in the installed RBuilder\Demo which show using multiple section style subreport to print multiple reports as one report. See demos # 51 & 52 in the main reports demo dproject for an example.
